Signing up for Christian Filipina is easy and takes around 5-10 minutes to finish. It is absolutely free and only requires you to input basic information about yourself. Additional information will be asked, but isn’t required and can be done or edited later on.

Another option to register is by linking your Facebook account. The site will access only your public information that is needed for registration and nothing will be posted on your Facebook profile without your permission.

An email verification will be sent to you to confirm that you own the email address that you input.

For males to complete the registration process, you have to answer nine compatibility questions for matching settings. The questions are as follows:

1. Have you ever been to the Philippines?
2. Are you open to visit the Philippines in the next 12 months?
3. What kind of relationship would you prefer?
4. Have you experienced the true love of a woman before?
5. Do you know what happens next after you start talking to someone and make a mutual connection?
6. How would you like to go about this? (situational)
7. How does your financial situation affect your options?
8. Considerations in the past.
9. What is your biggest concern or challenge?

Female users can skip this part and proceed directly to the home page after the first part of registration.

Messaging

There are several ways of reaching out to other members in Christian Filipina. 

• Basic Messaging (email syle): Send messages to other members for free. However, one of you needs to be a premium member to continue exchanging messages since only the subject of the message can be viewed by free members.
• Chat: This is a premium feature. Chat with members by clicking on the icon found the profile page. Also, a notification will pop-up on your screen when somebody sends you a chat message.
• Wink: Get somebody's attention by sending a wink. This will give them a notification which may lead them to your profile.
• Add to Buddy List- This is exclusive for premium members. Add someone to your buddy list so you will not lose them. 

You cannot exchange contact details unless you are a premium member.

Searching

You have four options for searching. Just type in the required information to start searching.

• Basic Search
• Advanced Search
• User ID Search
• Name Search

You can also see the list of members who are:

• Currently online
• Online within the day
• New members for the week

Viewing a Christian Filipina member's profile is convenient since you can find everything you need in one page but in a minimalist design.

Basic information will be seen on the page. View the username, user ID, location, and approved profile photo. Some members have more than one photo. If you are a premium member, you can directly download all the photos by clicking on the download icon.

At the top part are icons that you can use to connect with the user. The message box is also at the middle of the profile page for easy contacting.

Additional information can be viewed. However, members may opt to leave the answers blank.

During the testing, it showed that most of the female Filipina members have complete profile information and multiple photos each. They also have written short paragraphs about themselves which can be read at the top of the profile page.

There are also male members who are open about themselves. However, some of them skipped one question or two.

For both female and male members, some preferred not to upload any personal photo. The default black and orange photo is shown on the thumbnail.

Profile Verification

Verify your profile by meeting the requirements and submitting the necessary documentation. Use their provided Feedback Form and include the scanned copies of your IDs. 

Here are some guidelines:

a. The profile should be complete
b. Your email address must be valid
c. Submit at least 2 photos for identification

• LEVEL 1: Valid Primary or Secondary ID- with name, address, recent photo, birthday, and gender.
• LEVEL 2: Valid ID and verified Social Security Number from your country of origin
• LEVEL3: Valid ID, verified Social Security Number, and a letter of endorsement from your church's pastor 

The information that you have provided will not be shared with anyone and will only be used to verify your identity.

Profile verification is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged. Same features are accessible to both verified and not verified members. However, a verified member is more likely to be entertained by other members due to security reasons.

All membership packages are not recurring. You have to renew once your current subscription has expired.

Aside from the gold and platinum packages, you may also avail of the UNLIMITED PACKAGE for 997 USD for a one-time payment (save 579 USD). It is also payable in 8 months for 197 USD/ month. It's a lifetime membership which gives you exclusive access to the site's special features.

Aside from online credit card payment, you may also email the customer support if you prefer to pay thru Paypal, using a check, money order, or through western union. You have to send your contact number so they can call and assist you.
