Chaturbate Review New Zealand October 2026

Photos and videos uploaded by broadcasters may be free to view or have a token price required to unlock them.

If a photo set or video is locked, you will see the token amount required to unlock it. Clicking the set will open up a new window which will allow you to confirm your purchase.

Go to "My Profile" and under "My Bio," you should see the "Upload New Pics or Videos" option.

Private shows can be initiated by clicking "Start private show" below the broadcasters' camera window.

If there is a broadcaster you would like to spy on, go to their account and click on "Spy On This Private Show." If you would like to scroll through different shows, click on the "Spy Shows" tab. You will have access to performers who are already in private shows.

Certain broadcasters will require you to have a minimum number of tokens before they will allow you to spy in on their cam. Afterward, you will be charged by the minute a set number of tokens to continue viewing the broadcast.

To buy a ticket for a show, tip the number of tokens the broadcaster is requesting. If the show is password-protected, the password will be sent to you after you tip the broadcaster the desired number of tokens. You will see the option to enter the password after the show has started.

All accounts are limited as to how many transactions they can make within a certain period. If this is the case with your account, you may be hitting a daily, weekly or monthly limit. You can either try to purchase tokens again at a later time.

To raise your spending limits using a credit card, you can email the following to the customer support:

• a photo of the completed, hand-signed Authorization Form
• a photo of the cardholder's photo ID

Users will receive a 200 token bonus for the initial spending limit raise. If you hit another spending limit after raising, contact the site.

You are receiving an error because the site’s processor is declining your card at this time. The card may work tomorrow or in a couple of days, so the site suggests trying at a later time or using a different card. It is also highly recommended trying to use the Epoch option on the "Purchase Tokens" page.

Additionally, the site provides options for buying tokens that do not involve a credit card. These include bank wire, money order, and certified check. For more information, email customer support.

If you would like a refund of the tokens you've purchased, contact Billing Support at (877)338-7068 or email customer support. Include your username when contacting support regarding this request.

Click "Get More"in the box next to your token amount while logged into your Chaturbate account. While in the broadcaster's chatroom, click the "Get More Tokens" link (under the broadcaster's cam), or click the "Send Tip" button and then click on the "Purchase Tokens" link that appears in the pop-up window.

You can purchase tokens with cryptocurrency by going to "Get More" tokens in the top right. Choose the "Cryptocurrency" option, enter the number of tokens you want to buy (minimum of 100 tokens), and continue to the next step.

There you will either scan the QR code on the "Scan" tab with your wallet app or send the correct amount of cryptocurrency to the populated address on the "Copy" tab.

Tokens can only be sent to broadcasters that are age verified. To send a tip to a broadcaster, press the green "Send Tip" button below the camera window.

You can reset your password. If you are not receiving an email from the site, it's possible your email address is not on file, and the site suggests you contact support for further assistance.

Since each situation is unique, you may contact support with your username, and they’ll look into your account.

You can deactivate your account by selecting the "Disable Account" link at the bottom of the Chaturbate home page. Note that you must be logged in to see this link.

Unfortunately, Skype is not allowed on Chaturbate.
