Unfortunately I don't have anything nice to say, I only had one experience, a date with a man who lied in his profile.
Especially the fraudulent promise that you can very easily cancel your membership online. This is not possible, but you can cancel only in writing. Since I failed to cancel the subscription online, I asked their support team for help. I had an exhausting correspondence (7 emails), until the last email, they gave me incomplete instructions on how to cancel membership online. Even after all their instructions, I was not able to cancel my membership, because clicking on "Cancellation of membership" does not work and the form does not open. In response to my email that online cancellation does not work, they informed me that the deadline for cancellation has expired and that they will charge me for membership renewal, although I do not want this, as I asked them for help in canceling the membership. After all this, I justifiably conclude that this is misleading the consumer, or a scam. I wrote the last email that I expect an apology and suspension of membership immediately, otherwise I will be for ced to report them for fraud, because they offer the possibility of canceling online, which does not work at all, and in this way they force you to renew your membership . I am waiting for an apology because they did not help me, but gave me misleading instructions and concealed the fact that it is not possible to cancel online. I lost a lot of time, because English is not my first languageI and I need a dictionary.
